Contract Vehicles
Federal contract vehicles, small business set-asides, and teaming arrangements that position EGP to compete across the full spectrum of government procurement.
How Agencies Can Buy From Us
The standard mechanisms contracting officers use to award work to a small business like ours.
Small Business Set-Aside
Requirements competed exclusively among small businesses under FAR 19.5, where we qualify under the solicitation’s NAICS size standard.
Simplified Acquisition
Awards under the simplified acquisition threshold using FAR Part 13 procedures — streamlined competition for lower-dollar requirements.
Micro-Purchase
Direct awards under the micro-purchase threshold (FAR 13.2) with no competitive quotes required — built for quick-turn needs.
Sole-Source
Where the FAR authorizes noncompetitive awards — for example, only one responsible source or unusual and compelling urgency (FAR 6.302).
California State & Local
State and local solicitations, including the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) and municipal bid portals.
Subcontracting via Primes
We team as a subcontractor under prime contractors’ vehicles — bringing small-business credit and niche capability to their proposals.
Held Today
What Elite Global Partners holds right now — verifiable today.
California LLC
Elite Global Partners LLC is an active limited liability company filed in California — in good standing with the Secretary of State.
SAM.gov Entity Registration
Our System for Award Management registration is underway. UEI and CAGE code will be published here as soon as they are issued.
Small Business
EGP qualifies as a small business under SBA size standards, making us eligible for small business set-aside procurements.
In Pursuit — Not Yet Held
Vehicles we are actively working toward. We list them here so you know our direction — not to suggest we hold them.
GSA Multiple Award Schedule
We are preparing a GSA MAS offer for professional services. Until an award is made, we do not present ourselves as a GSA schedule holder.
Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts
We are positioning for GWAC opportunities in IT and professional services categories as they open to new offerors.
IDIQ Contracts
We are building proposal-ready teams to compete for agency-specific and multi-agency IDIQ contracts across our core capability areas.
Open Market & Simplified Acquisition
Once SAM.gov registration is active, we will compete for open-market RFPs, RFQs, and simplified acquisitions at every government level.
We do not claim vehicles here that we cannot show you.
Small Business Set-Aside Eligibility
What we are eligible for as a small business — and how we team with certified firms where we are not.
Small Business Set-Asides
As a small business under applicable SBA size standards, EGP is eligible for total and partial small business set-aside procurements across all NAICS codes within our service portfolio.
WOSB / EDWOSB — Not Held
EGP does not currently hold WOSB or EDWOSB certification, and we will not imply otherwise. For requirements set aside under the WOSB program, we team with SBA-certified WOSB firms.
SDVOSB Teaming
We team with SBA-certified SDVOSB firms on VA and other federal procurements — supporting veteran-owned business utilization goals. EGP itself does not claim SDVOSB status.
HUBZone Teaming
We team with SBA-certified HUBZone firms to meet agency HUBZone utilization requirements and strengthen competitive proposals. EGP itself does not claim HUBZone certification.
Teaming & Subcontracting
Elite Global Partners actively seeks teaming arrangements with prime contractors and open subcontracting opportunities. Whether you need a reliable sub to strengthen your proposal or a capable team to pursue a joint bid, EGP is a serious partner.
Prime Contractor
EGP pursues prime positions on set-aside and open market contracts where our capabilities are the primary delivery vehicle.
Subcontractor
We partner with established primes as a qualified subcontractor, bringing specific NAICS expertise and small business credentials.
Joint Ventures
Joint ventures and formal teaming agreements with complementary firms to strengthen proposals and expand coverage.
